Grouper spiced lemon

Ingredients
. The main ingredient ½ kg of fresh grouper.
. Lime juice of 2 oranges
. 2 tablespoons salt
. 3 cloves of garlic

. 1 sdm vegetable oil
. 1 sdt salt
. 1 sdt oyster sauce
. 150 ml of water

How to Make
. Clean grouper, coat with a little salt so that mucus is lost.

. Mushrooms are already in finely chopped, sliced garlic, ginger slices, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce,     salt and water, stirring until smooth.
